Designed by Atlanta-based The Johnson Studio, a design firm responsible for Commander’s Palace in Destin, Florida, as well as Fearing’s in Dallas, Texas, Café Rosé offers diners a sleek, comfortable environment with deep rose hues and Beaujolais reds offset by a white ash hardwood accent wall, the focal point of the Houston restaurant.

Dynamic and inviting, Café Rosé is open seven days a week and is situated on the ground floor of Hotel Sorella. The menu offerings will include coffee and light breakfasts, a variety of well-priced and innovative salads and sandwiches, and artisan domestic cheeses and salami in the afternoons and evenings for impeccable dining in Houston. Brennan-Martin hints at a mix of “quality and quirky” with charcuterie cured in-house – a lost art – as well as cold drip iced coffees, ideal for the local climate. A thoughtful menu of wines by the glass and bottle, which Brennan-Martin describes as “dare to be different” varieties, include white and red varietals, an extensive selection of his beloved French and American rosé wines to complement your Houston dining.

Additionally, Café Rosé has become the second café in the state of Texas and only 11th in the US, to receive Illy’s prestigious Artisti del Gusto (Artists of Taste) status, given to select restaurants and cafés whose whose commitment to an authentic European coffee experience and attention to the preparation and presentation of coffee beverages meet the high-quality standards which have been a hallmark of illy’s business for more than 75 years.

Café Rosé is open seven days a week from 6:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. Parking is available by valet and is complimentary to guests of Bistro Alex.
